Sinopsis del Libro

La historia del espanol moderno ha sido poco explorada. En este volumen, diez investigadores demuestran que el siglo XVIII es una centuria clave, en la diacronia de la lengua espanola y de sus variedades diatopicas. Esta nueva mirada sobre el espanol dieciochesco se funda en dos hechos, principalmente: la exploracion de corpus documentales novedosos y el analisis de cambios linguisticos, en perspectiva variacionista. Con estos postulados, se describen procesos evolutivos foneticos, morfosintacticos y lexicos, fechados en el siglo XVIII. Todos ellos suponen una significativa contribucion a la historia del primer espanol moderno."
