Filemón, a thirteen-year-old boy who lives in colonial times, embarks on a journey on the galleon Manila. Before setting sail, he meets a dwarf named Gigantón who will become his best friend. Together they will experience extraordinary adventures.

What happened one marvellous day while a little girl was walking by the seashore is that the wind took her precious little cap, that was green and even had a ribbon that was the prettiest part.
