Damián Arias-Matos es Coronel del la Policía Nacional. Por temor a los policías, a los abogados y a los periodistas, tres temores de su infancia, ingresó a la Policía Nacional hace más de tres décadas,estudió Comunicación Social y se graduó de Licenciado en Derecho.
