El presente estudio, centrado en el fenómeno de la posesión y, correlativamente, en el análisis del “endemoniado”, dedica íntegramente su primer tomo a un estudio plural de las fuentes españolas en su vertiente imaginativa histórica, mientras el segundo se centra en el análisis concreto de esa misma etnografía gallega que el autor ha venido recogiendo a lo largo de los años.
