This volume - along with the companion volume "Legal Theory / Teoria del Derecho" [ISBN 9783832926854] by Nomos Publishers (Germany) - contains conference papers presented at the 22nd World Congress of the IVR (Internationale Vereinigung fuer Rechts und Sozialphilosophie / International Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy) held at the University of Granada.
