Sinopsis del Libro

Cheng, nacida en Corea del Sur (Seúl) llega a la Argentina con sus padres quienes buscan un nuevo futuro para la familia. Pero la tragedia se hace presente y la niña queda huérfana. Ernesto es un colombiano que también llega a la Argentina con un amigo, escapando del orfanat. Las circunstancias de la vida lo llevan a vivir en la calle y allí incluso conoce las artimañas del malvivir. Él vende alfajores en una plaza y ella lee un libro cuando el amor los sorprende. Ese amor, tierno e inocente deja hondas huellas en su vida que permanecen aún en la distancia y el paso de los años.
