Sinopsis del Libro

A en Hans, un nen alemany, li porten una tortuga de la Costa Brava. En Hans està entusiasmat amb la idea de tenir cura d'un animal com aquell. Però, en començar el fred, la tortuga es colga sota terra per passar-hi l'hivern. En Hans, amb el cor encongit, pensa que la tortuga hauria de tornar al seu hàbitat, i convenç els pares per anar a passar unes vacances d'estiu a la Costa Brava i deixar l'animal en una reserva.
